Our process for making our products is as important to us as the end result. The steps we take to get it just right is both a source of pride and the standard that inspires everything we do.
CLOSE TO HOME
We care about where our food comes from, so it’s important to us that our products are made just four hours from our home base in Colorado Springs. Local milk is delivered daily and we have our hands in the process from start to finish.
WE ONLY USE
We know that high quality ingredients make for high quality products, that’s why everything that goes into our butter and cheese is wholesome, fresh and the best version of it we could find. The result? Something undeniably delicious.
We use traditional methods of butter and cheese making because it works best. Handcrafted, tumble-churned butter. Small-batch, artisan cheeses. This is how it was done hundreds of years before us and it’s how we believe dairy should taste.
We slice butter, not steps. Creamier, dreamier dairy doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why we take things slow and don’t let anything leave our facility that we wouldn’t love to eat ourselves. (It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.)
